Looking for information on John Wyatt/Wiatt of Prince William County, and wife Mary, who conveyed 400 acres of land in Littleton Parish of Cumberland County, VA, on 3 Nov 1778, to Tucker Baughan.

Land adjoined James Daniel, Abraham Bayley. Witnesses included Conquest Wiatt, Wm Edw Wiatt, Samuel Thurman, Mark Tharp and Billey Holloway.

Land sold for £350 pounds of which Wyatt financed £300. Debt secured by deed of trust from Tucker Baughan and wife Rachel.

Tucker Baughan also witnessed (with Conquest Wyatt and Samuel Thurman) a deed from John & Mary to John Chick about the same time.

Also interested in any connection with the Ellzey family.
