Hi Phyllis,
Sorry, I do not have any data on the BLONDIN family in Canada or Vermont.

However, Edward C. RICHARDS, of Hartford, Windsor Co., VT, served in the 3rd Regt., Co. F, in the Civil War for 1 year from 1861-1862. He was discharged for disability.
