Dear Bill,
I got the information re Edmond Waddy from two books: The Waddy Family, by J. Leonard Waddy, and Ancestor Treasure Hunt, by R. V. Pockley. The latter is printed by Graphic Concept Group, Hong Kong, and contains a lot of data about the Australian descendents of Edmond. The former was published for the author (1982) by WMHS Publications, 87 Marshall Avenue, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 2TW.
I'm afraid I don't have any information at all about Cromwell's men.
I had a problem with my Genforum registration, so I won't write any more now. If I get this through, I'll try to glean some info from the books and send it to you.
