My guess is that the K.O.R.L.R recruited from the North West of England, and so it is unlikely to be him. However you can try the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site (http://www.cwgc.org/) and search there for a likely candidate. I warn you there are dozens of Arthur and A Walkers.
I would search first for any southern regiments based in or around London, include units such as the Rifle Brigade and machine Gun Corps which have no regional ties in their names. His age will also help to narrow the choices down.

There is nothing in the documents I have which would help Identify him, except that in the subject heading of this thread.
