I have found Sarah Jane Tempe in the 1850 IN census and she is married to a Joseph T. Tempe with daughters Serena age 2 and Eliza Ellen age 1. I have not been able to find Sarah Jane's maiden name yet.

There is a marriage record for Sarah Jane Tempy to Abner Johnson in Martin IN on 4 May 1852. I now believe that this is the same woman who married Caswell Cooper in 1870 after Abner died in 1857.

I know that this is the Sarah J. Cooper living in Butler/MO with her daugher Eliza in 1900. I still do not know if this Abner Johnson was also the spouse of Eleanor Morgan.

Anyone??
