There was an earlier Hackley Warren. The ninth child of Thomas Warren and Mary Elizabeth Hackley. He was born about 1728 in Halifax County, Virginia and died 20 June 1807 in North Carolina. He was a distant cousin to Archebald Warren of Halifax County.

Since Hackley appears to be a family name there probably is a connection to your Hackley.
