The Dunbar Y-DNA Surname Project is seeking a documented direct male descendant of the father of George Washington, Augustine Washington b. c1694 and d. 23 Apr 1743 who is willing to test and verify whether the references above are correct.
The Dunbar DNA Project has matching DNA signatures of 2 Lord Lyon's Court verified direct male descendants of Gospatric and with a test, we'll be able to determine whether these two family's are genetically related. The Dunbar Project has over 80 men tested.
