I was struck by the reference to Richard Washington of Surry, Va as having been recorded in Charles Cittee County in Virginia in 1639. Most references I am familiar with date Richard Washington of Surry, first an only son of John Washington, I believe, to 1660, abt. Is this a typo, or is there a documented recording of a Richard Washington in Charles Cittee in 1639? Anyone?
