I am searching for the father of Armstead Waters c1781 VA. I have had no luck finding his father. Armstead Waters settled in SC and married Ella Pruett. Their son, Drury J. Waters (Drue) was my gggrandfather. Drury's daughter, Mittie Ann, was my ggrandmother. She was married to a Wheeler possibly from TN. Thanks in advance.
