I am looking for information on the Wheeler family that was in the Cato and Conquest areas of Cayuga County, NY. I have very little information at this point but here is what I have so far:
Lawrence Wheeler, born June 1880 married to a Florence who was born in June 1883, no locations at this point for either tho I suspect New York state. They are in Cato in the 1900 cencus and in 1910 and 1920 in Conquest. They had daughters by the names of Irene, Bessie, Gladys and Louise.
That is all I have tho I do have some info on the descendants of Irene. I am just starting a genealogy for my boyfriend's family and am having a rough time, which is a new experience for someone who has been working on genealogies for over 10 years! Does anyone out there have any information that might help me or access to "The Genealogical and Encyclopedic History of the Wheeler Family in America" and be willing to see if Lawrence is listed?
