We have a Lula Wheeler, that was the daughter of Richard A. Wheeler and Ella Elizabeth West. Lula was born about 1874. Lula's siblings would be Ora A. b. about 1873, Mary E., b, abt 1877, John S. b. about 1879.
Richard Wheeler's b. jan 26, 1845 and Ella Elizabeth West was b. feb 20 1854 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Samuel W. West and Hypasia Elizabeth Kennebrew.
