Do you have any credible evidence on the birth of Thomas Whipple who married Lydia Gates. I am related through the Mr. Ames married to Lydia Gates Whipple. What I am certain of is that the 1752 birthdate is erroneous since the Whipple line shows Abraham having a son, named Thomas, but also dying in 1755 which would make for rather interesting marriage to Lydia Gates. 1739 seems more realistic, but I would like any and all information you might be willing to share to find Thomas Whipple's ancestry. Thanks for the assist, I just found this connection by dumb luck last summer in Illinois.
