I forgot to say that Sarah Burgess listed in the census under her mother Lucy is a sister to Emory Whipple. I have not added her to my database as yet but she was born April 24, 1836 and m first Edmund Burgess and 2nd Kibbe Chapin. Sarah had a son Edmund (Burgess) and two daughters Alice and Belle. Sarah is buried in the West Cemetery, Somers, CT, off Rt 190.
