Edward Dix immigrated as EDWARD DEEKES with his WIFE JANE in 1630 as part of the Winthrop Fleet(See Winthrop Society website.) and together joined the Boston Church he being #49.
It has been proven that she is NOT JANE WILKINSON as has been perpetuated.
Jane Wilkinson, age 20, a single woman, emigrated from Graves End, England bound for VA in 1635. On that same ship was a different Edward Dix, age 19, also single.
