James Jones married Ann Williams on 20 Feb 1811 at Trevethin Moumouthshire. On Familysearch records they had James (christened 15 Feb 1815) and Anne (christened 28 November 1824) both from Trevethin.
James (b1815 Newport) married Johannah Morgan (Abt 1817 Llanover)on 23 Feb 1835 at Trevethin. Joanna died (I think) in 1853, because in 1861 James had another wife called Jane.
Their children were William (B.Abt 1835 Trevethin),Margaret (B.Abt 1837 Trevethin), James (B.Abt 1839 Trevethin), William (B.Abt 1842 Trevethin),Thomas (B.Abt 1844 my ancestor) and Mary (B.Abt1847 at Trevethin)
I have located the 1851 census of the family and and 1861-1891 for the father, James.
As the surname Jones is a fairly common name, I am hoping there may be other researchers that may have these ancestors possibly in their family tree? Would love to make contact
