Daniel: I think this old Williams feller should go ahead and get a DNA test taken soon. You have pretty well convinced me. My Williams lineage goes from my dad Ollie Lee Williams, Sr. (Ga.), to his dad Boggus Williams (Ga.), to his dad Andrew Williams (Ga), then to his dad, Leroy Williams B- N.C. then to Ga.), then to his dad William Williams (B-Va. then to N.C.), then to his dad John Williams Jr. (Va) then to his dad John Williams Sr. (Wales then Brunswick Co.,Va.)in the 1700's. I will do the Google search for Williams DNA and see where I go from there.
