Hi- I am researching Wolf. The farthest back I have is Otto Wolf, b: 01 Sept 1899 Bitola, Macedonia. (My grandfather.) He died in 1959 in Toronto, Ontario.
Does anyone have any suggestions on finding records in Macedonia at that time? (The church or the city?) I believe he was German and Catholic, he spoke numerous langages. I know he married Barbara Roth (1906-1945), and they lived in Perles, Yugoslavia, and do have a village book from that area. From Perles, they moved to Bavaria, after the war. In the 50's they immigrated to Canada. (He has several children still living Adele, John, Adolf, Edmond, Joe- all but Adele reside in Canada). But I have no information on the Wolf family. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
