Frederick and Anna Marie Wolford Bedford PA

I am interested in obtaining mre information on Frederick and Anna Marie Wolford, their descendants and ancestors. They resided in Baltimore county MD (later became Carroll county) at least between 1764 and 1785. They moved to Bedford Co. PA around 1786. Their children we Adam, John, Andrew, Elizabeth, Anna Marie and possibly Jacob, Frederick and Joseph.

Does anyone have access to the Zion Lutheran Church records in Manchester MD during the above time frame? Below is some information I have collected:

1790 Heads of Household - Pennsylvania, Bedford Co.:
Frederick Wolford, Page 249 - 3 white males over 16, 6 white males under 16, 2 white females (the 6 males under 16 may also be grandchildren).

1800 Londonderry Twp., Bedford Co., PA Census:
1 male 10-16, 1 male 16-26, 1 male over 45, 1 female under 5, 1 female 16-26.

Anna Marie Wohlfarth born 1783 in Manchester Maryland baptized at Lutheran Reformed Church, daughter of Frederich Wohlfarth and Anna Marie. Single man, John also at that church. Fred & Anna had the following children; Adam (single), Andrew, John, Elizabeth and Anna Marie per church records. Not in the church records after 1784/85. Frederick and Anna most likely had more children.

Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manchester, Baltimore county Maryland (present day Carroll county):
Anna Maria of Johannes Dilly and Anna Maria (nee Fehrin?) born May 8, 1764, baptized May 22, 1764. Sponsored by Frederick Wohlfarth and wife, Anna Maria.

From the above we can place Frederick and Anna Marie, as a couple, in Manchester MD from 1764 to 1783. By 1790 the family is in the 1790 census of Bedford Co. PA. They probably moved to Bedford around 1784.

The 3rd Sunday after Trinity July 6, 1783 following appeared at confession and received Holy Communion:
John Wohlfarth, single person
Frederick Wohlfarth and wife Anna Maria
Andrew Wohlfarth, single person
Adam Wohlfarth, single person
Elis. Wolfarthin, single person

History of Bedford, Somerset & Fulton Counties, Pennsylvnia, 1881:
Page 371 - Will's Creek Lutheran Church - 1805. Pastor Hanker first served at Henry Lybarger's house, members include: Joseph, Andrew, Jacob, Frederick, Charlotte, Catherine and Mary Wolford.

A Frederick Wolfard (Wolfert, Wolfhart, etc. arrived on the ship Phoenix in 1749 with his brother Conrad. This Frederick appears to have settled in Shenandoah Co. VA and was married (at least in 1783) to ALice Elizabeth. Therefore, Frederick of Manchester MD and Bedford PA cannot be the Frederick that arrived on the Phoenix.

I would be apreciate any further informtion and am happy to share.
