Someone had posted info on Lemons Worthington and that he had a sister that married a Hendrix.
I am a descendant of Abigail (Abi) Worthington born September 9, 1809 in North Carolina. Some records have her date of birth as 1810 instead.
She married Jesse Hendrix in NC. Jesse died in 1855 while in Georgia on business. In 1871 Abi Worthington Hendrix was still alive & living with 6th son, Henry L. Hendrix in Rush County, Indiana
Jesse & Abi's oldest son Alexander Hendrix, born 3/27/1831 is my great great grandfather.
He moved to Indiana in 1854 & to Missouri in 1869.
Jesse & Abi had 11 children.
