Searching for Henry C. Worthingon
Posted by: Dalene Worthington (ID *****2008) Date: July 18, 2007 at 08:16:34
  of 1949

I found my father-in-laws fathers grave, and it is only about two sections from my father-in-laws. I still can't find why it is so hard looking for my father-in-laws sibblings, when there were ten of them, but they wre all girls and marriage changed their names, from Worthington to their married names. I still can't find his mother but I have found out more about his grandfather. His name was Henry C. Worthington and he was born in Pennsylvania. He married Clara Ash on the 7th of Apr. 1867,possibly in Illinois. That is as far as I have gotten. My father-in-laws father was born in 1873 in Illinois, and died in 1936 right here in Omaha, Nebraska. Father and son are buried in West Lawn/ Hill Crest Cemetery. I entered their names in Find A Grave, Ed Worthington and Ralph Worthington. Does anyone else know anything else about this side of the Worthington Family?
