Hi, No expert and not related. Here is his partial enlistment I think. He enlisted in NY but his nativity is Illinois. Do you know the names of his parents? There is a Thomas and Mary Qualter that had a son named Anson born in about 1917. Do you know any of the names of his brothers or sisters? You can write for some information using information in this link.
