Looking for info on Andrew J. Moffitt

I'm looking for some info for a friend, his grandfather was Andrew J. Moffitt, he probably was in the 7th Infantry Division, and did his training at Ford Ord, CA. He fought on Attu,Kiska and Kwajalein.
