info on my father's service record

I am trying to find info on my father's W.W.11 records he was in the army his name was Joseph B. Green he was a Pvt he was in the army 3 years i think i would just like to find out where he was and what he did he left when i was 3 i found him again in 2001 he was 85 yrs. he could not remember to much about it i have a Final payment work sheet but it really don't say to much it says he was discharged Hon. by reason of AR 615-365 RR 1-1(Dem) i don't know what that means.I guess i would just like to know what he did in WW11.
