hi Jessica,
found some more ancestors for you, but haven't got to see Seighford records yet. Emily is listed as Emillia in 1871 census stopping with uncle Charles in Seighford village. As grandpa had unmarried daughter Sarah at home, you could be suspicious in wondering whose daughter Emily really was. James had at least five children, wife unknown; - James 1825, Charles, Mary, Sarah, Edward.
Yardleys had gradually moved down from Audley through Eccleshall parish to mid Staffsin late 1500,s, and Shifnal area. What is also possible is that I have found that the appointed vicar of Seighford in 1581 was John Yardley, lasting through to 1616. As the vicars could marry, his descendants could well be yours.
