There is an easy way to find out if and how we Yardley's are connected. That is through DNA.
It's easy to do. Just send for a kit, swab your cheek, and you're done. There is no other information obtained other than DNA strands that check your origins. (No medical information is tested.)
You order a kit from a genealogy DNA lab, such as Familytreedna.com. Now is a great time to order as they have a sale going on until Sept. 30th-(the best sale I've seen)!
The participant has to be a Yardley male, in the U.S. or abroad. For the female researchers- do you have a brother, an uncle, any Yardley male who might provide a sample?
