Rick, hello my name is Helen and I have been working on my family tree for 3 years and I have gotten alot of information on the Yonts...the same one you are working on..I have a William Yonts born 1774 in NC, and died abt. 1837 in Perry Co. Ky..He married (1) Margaret Bentley 09-25-1794 in Lincoln Co. NC, she is the daughter of Thomas Jr and Hannah Thomas. She was born abt. 1765 in Rowan co. NC and died abt. 1829 in Perry Co. Ky. William later married (2)Levicy abt. 1827 in TN...She was born 10-22-1799 in TN, and died 05-25-1894 in Little Creek of Letcher County.
