It seems to fit and the dates are correct...I will email you separately once I gather my notes because I have some information (as well as a few questions) for you as well. Re the marriage of Jesse Holbrook and Lucy Pennell (I think the marriage record is either misspelled or transcribed incorrectly) - I have gathered the following:

The Jesse Holbrook marriage to Ruth Dyer information seems to fit too. It has led me down a path of the Holbrook line that was missing. I will email you regarding that too.
