Barbara:
Here is our transcription of the Will of Maryann Walbert York. I hope the formatting holds.
I am descendant of Maryann and William York and a native of Rutherford County, NC. My wife and I have researched the records of Rutherford County, NC for many years and will be glad to share our research.
I descend through Maryann’s daughter Sarah York and her husband John York. Their son Levi Shuford York is my great-grandfather.
We also have been active in sponsoring participants in the York family DNA project and have found much interesting heritage of our York family.
Please give us your interest in the Will of Maryann Walbert York.
Judson
