Hi, Robert....in your research have you run across an Elizabeth YORK, b. 1804 Raymond, ME, who married 1st a John STARBIRD and 2nd Comphort GOINGS in 1835 in Montville Waldo Co., ME ? The Goings family moved to New London, NH, but I have not found Elizabeth's ancestors after looking many years. Elizabeth would be my husband's GGGrandmother.

Could her father possibly be a David (l775-1780) and David's father be Samuel (1755-1774) of North Yarmouth, ME? I have this info from "The York Family" book by William Sargent, but I didn't take down any other information!

I went to your web site but I wanted to find out if you had my Elizabeth in your records first. Thanks for this help, Jean Kimball
