I finally pieced it together. I received a bible record that gave the birth date of John York and wife Hannah Lemunyon. So now I know that my John is the son of Johannes York and Jannetje Bevier of Ulster Co, NY. Hannah Lemunyon is the dau of Philip Lemunyon and Maria Wells.
Because I had collected York info for many years, the pieces just fell into place.
