In 1789 Randolph Co. Vir(now WVa.) Ezekiel York was sued by William Low. (What about?). Low won, and the Yorks went to Ky.
Online pages seem to show the Yorks are from Pipe Creek Settlement in MD. Yet Fayette Co. Penn. records of Springhill TWP. (now Fayette co.) show Ezekiel & Jerimiah York there in 1772.
When Wm. Haddox got some land in Randolph co. Vir. about 1787, he was an assignee of Ezekiel York.
Any information on any of these people would be appreiciated.
